2. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content is protected IP belonging to American Fine Arts Foundry, Inc. Users may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
3. Reproduction Rights & Artistic Materials
You are responsible for securing any needed third-party rights for reproductions. You indemnify the foundry against infringement claims.
4. Subcontractor Use of Materials
Materials may be shared with subcontractors strictly for pricing or technical purposes and must remain confidential.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices and deposits must be paid as specified. Changes or technical discoveries may require adjusted pricing.
6. Market Conditions & Quote Adjustments
Quotes may change due to material, labor, transportation, or technical review factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project in dispute.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Fine Arts Foundry, Inc. from claims relating to your submitted materials or breach of terms.
